After an early career in high-growth technology commerce, Brian transitioned to wealth management in 2008 — driven by a conviction that affluent families deserved better, more conflict-free guidance than the industry was offering.
His practice is built on deep, multi-generational relationships, with families and businesses trusting him to navigate complex financial decisions over the long term. Brian serves on the Osaic National Advisory Board — representing over 13,000 advisors nationwide — and previously served as Chairman of the NextGen Advisory Board.

With a degree in communications from William Paterson University and a background in the insurance industry, Julianna brings both the interpersonal skill and the financial process knowledge to navigate anything that comes up on a client's behalf. She coordinates seamlessly between clients and the advisory team — handling inquiries, logistics, and follow-through so that nothing falls through the cracks.
