Brian Diffily is a founding partner of Granite Bridge Wealth Management with more than 20 years of experience as a financial and insurance advisor. A graduate of Marist College, Brian is a licensed Life and Health Insurance Representative with FINRA Series 6, 63, and 65 registrations, and CLTC designation. His industry recognitions include the ACE (Achieving Client Excellence) Qualifier, Agency Leader’s Qualifier, and Northeast Top Ten Protection Leader from the Royal Alliance Advisor Group. 

Brian’s chief objective is to help families, businesses, and individuals take an active role in obtaining the financial security they seek under the guidance of Granite Bridge Wealth Management. Through conversations and education, he helps clients design financial plans specifically tailored to meet their unique situations and needs. A resident of the Mount Pleasant area, Brian is located in our Charleston office.

Brian enjoys spending family time with his wife and sons, is a musician and fan of a variety of musical genres, and strives to get his daily endorphin rush through a rigorous workout.

Brian Hartman is a founding partner of Granite Bridge Wealth Management with more than 20 years of business experience, including an early career in e-commerce, and subsequent years building a financial advisory practice at a prominent financial institution. His experience inspired him to bring his practice to an independent platform, where he could offer unbiased and conflict-free financial advice to his clients. 

A graduate of Monmouth University, Brian is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, and is a licensed Life and Health Insurance Representative with FINRA Series 6, 7, 63, and 66 registrations. A resident of the Mount Pleasant area, Brian is located in our Charleston office. 

Brian is Chairman of the Royal Alliance Associates NextGen Advisory Board and a Member of the National Advisory Board, which function as a forum to foster communication, strengthen relationships, and elicit feedback from advisors throughout the country. Royal Alliance is part of Advisor Group, one of the largest networks of independent wealth management firms in the United States. As Chairman of the NextGen board, Brian leads fellow board members in working to improve broker dealer communications and the industry overall. 

Brian strives to help clients take an in-depth, holistic view of their finances and provides them with financial planning that will meet both their short and long-term goals. “I find it important to create a comfortable environment where my clients can discuss with me a serious topic such as their finances, and still feel positive and optimistic throughout the process. I work to ensure that all financial matters in their lives are working for them and progressing forward in synchrony. Because families, businesses, and individuals come to trust their relationships with Granite Bridge Wealth, we often continue to work with multiple generations within a family, helping to provide financial security well beyond their initial needs.”

In addition to his role at Granite Bridge, Brian founded a business networking group that focuses on helping business owners grow their respective companies while also supporting non-profit organizations within our community with their time, professional skills, and monetary contributions. 

He enjoys family time outdoors with his wife, son, and daughter, bicycle riding or relaxing on the beach, and is an avid runner and occasional golfer. An active volunteer, Brian was chairman of the Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital Foundation Young Professionals Group from 2016-2020.

Julianna Turk is Client Relationship Manager at Granite Bridge Wealth Management, and the point person who guides clients through business processes. A graduate of William Paterson University with a degree in communications, Julie provides an excellent level of customer service and assistance. Her professional background in the insurance industry uniquely qualifies her to answer inquiries and assist with business logistics in coordination with our professional advisors.

A lifelong resident of New Jersey, Julie works out of our New Jersey office in Livingston. Our clients and partners appreciate her friendly and professional approach when handling financial matters. To quote Maya Angelou, Julie notes she lives by the philosophy, “I've learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel. I feel a great responsibility and passion to identify the client’s needs and make their financial planning process the smoothest it possibly can be for them.”

Julie enjoys spending free time with friends and family, taking her two Shih Tzus for long walks around the neighborhood, and playing a round of golf or a playful game of badminton.
