My purpose in this industry has always been to deliver a clear message that is easy to understand, blanketed in empathy. The priority is to encourage the needle to tick toward a real and elevated human experience for my clients. I want them to feel it.

Too many times in life we get hopeful, only for disappointment to meet us at the other side. At Granite Bridge we know that we can do better. It is my intention and quite deliberately my pursuit for our clients to allow their shoulders to fall back comfortably. Their minds to loosen just enough for our conversations to land softly in inspiration and ownership of a customized purpose for them. That is an incredible thing to witness.

We operate in an atmosphere of truth, which offers the opportunity to help our clients win their endeavors. Asking questions and listening to the sincere answers turn ambitions to awareness, and into lives of real significance. My passion is for them to leave our meeting feeling confident in their own resolve and good work. Confidence not only that their future experiences with me will feel the same, but also in their uniquely sound financial plan. That is also my reward.

More about me: I earned my bachelor’s degree from Marist College with a concentration in finance, beginning my career nearly immediately in 2002. Working on an independent platform has been my normal. It allows me to live a truly unbiased and unbeholden life for my clients. Through my own talents and acumen, I am proud to connect ethically-sourced financial tools and advice for those that place their trust in us.

Outside of work, my life is just as grateful spending time with my wife of five years and my two young boys, 3 and 6 months. For my “me time” I smother myself with wonderful music and a daily fitness endorphin rush.

As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, I help our clients take an in-depth, holistic view of their finances. This process allows us to make sure that all financial matters in their lives are working for them and progressing forward in synchrony. With a passion for helping clients, I strive to provide them with genuine care by focusing on delivering direction and prudent holistic planning to meet both short and long-term goals. We often work with multiple generations within a family, making sure that family values and finances continue on well beyond the current members. I find it important to create a comfortable environment where my clients can discuss a serious topic, like finances, and still feel positive and optimistic throughout the process.

I received my bachelor’s degree in business management and operations before beginning my career with one of the fastest-growing e-commerce companies in the late 1990s. In 2008 I decided to become a financial advisor, entering the industry with a large financial institution. My experience there inspired me to bring my practice to an independent platform, where I could offer unbiased and conflict-free financial advice.

In addition to my work within our firm, I founded a business networking group that focuses on helping business owners to grow their respective companies while also serving non-profit organizations within our community. The group is respected for giving back to the community with their time, professional skills and also monetarily. I am also a board member of the NextGen Advisory Board at Royal Alliance, which functions as a forum to foster communication, strengthen relationships and elicit feedback from advisors throughout the country.

In my free time, I love spending time with my wife, son and daughter. We enjoy being outside together riding bikes or relaxing on the beach. I am an avid runner and I play golf casually from time to time. Volunteering is also a priority for me. I am most proud of the time I spent as chairman of the Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital Foundation YPG’s from 2016-2020. I strongly believe that it is the responsibility of business professionals to give back to our communities and I am looking forward to passing along those values to the future generations of our firm and families.
